AcctCheck is a professional batch verification tool for Gmail email addresses, helping users quickly verify the authenticity and current status of large numbers of Gmail and Google Workspace email addresses. It requires no software installation; simply open your browser to use it for free.

Core Functions
1. Batch testing
You can enter hundreds of Gmail addresses at once; the system will automatically check them one by one, requiring no manual operation. Three input formats are supported:
- Full email address : e.g., example@gmail.com
- Username only : e.g., example (system will automatically complete @gmail.com)
- Google Workspace corporate email : e.g., user@company.com
The three formats can be mixed, one per line.
2. Real-time results display
The results are updated in real time during the testing process; there's no need to wait for it to complete. Each email address's status is displayed immediately and indicated by a different color.
- Good : The account exists and is in good standing; emails can be received normally.
- Verified : The account exists but verification may be required. Use with caution.
- Not Exist : The email address does not exist or has been deleted.
- Error : A problem occurred during the detection process. We suggest you try again later.
3. Filtering and Exporting
After the test is complete, you can filter the results by status. For example, you can only view emails that are "normal", and copy or export them as a CSV file with one click for easy later use.
4. Progress Control
The testing process can be paused and resumed at any time, allowing for flexible control of the progress. The system displays the number of samples tested, the total number, and the percentage of completion in real time.
User Guide
Step 1: Enter your email address
In the input boxes on the left side of the homepage, enter the Gmail addresses you want to check, one per line . You can copy and paste directly from Excel, Notepad, or other tools.
The number of email addresses currently entered will be displayed in real time above the input box. The system will automatically recognize and remove blank lines.
Step 2: Start the test
Click the "Start Check" button, and the system will immediately begin verifying each email address one by one. You can see the detection results for each email address in real time in the results area on the right.
The progress bar will display the current detection progress. To pause, click the "Stop Check" button; to resume, click "Continue Check" .
Step 3: View the results
The test results are displayed in a list format, with a corresponding status label next to each email address. Below the results area are four statistics cards, showing the number of normal, abnormal, unregistered, and error messages, respectively.
Step 4: Filtering and Exporting
You can use the drop-down menu to filter results by status. For example, selecting "Normal" will only display emails with a status of "Good".
- Copy Results : Click the green "Copy Results" button to copy the filtered emails to your clipboard.
- Export CSV : Click the yellow "Export" button to download the CSV file containing email addresses and status information.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the accuracy rate of the detection?
AcctCheck employs a multi-factor authentication mechanism with an accuracy rate exceeding 99%. In rare, marginal cases (such as newly registered or deleted accounts), a brief delay in status verification may occur.
Is the testing process safe?
Completely secure. AcctCheck only verifies if the email address exists; it does not send any emails, attempt to log in, or store your password. All data is transmitted encrypted and is not retained after the check is complete.
Which email addresses are supported?
Supports all Gmail personal email addresses (@gmail.com) and Google Workspace business email addresses (custom domains). Outlook, Yahoo, and other non-Google email addresses are not currently supported.
Which languages are supported?
AcctCheck supports seven language interfaces: English, Thai, Vietnamese, Russian, Spanish, French, and Simplified Chinese. The system will automatically match the language based on your region, or you can manually switch it in the navigation bar.
